No Fuss Refunds!

At Sassy Cat, our number one priority is your satisfaction. So returns and exchanges don't need to be a big deal.

1. Order Received
The postman finally shows up with your box of goodies, Yay! But something's not right. Boo.
2. Let us know

Contact us via the form below, email (info@sassycat.com.au), or our contact page. Tell us your order number and what's wrong.

3. Exchange or Refund
You have the choice of either a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for a new item. Decide which one suits your situation.
4. Post it back
Stick it back in the box/bag and post it back to the return address we supply. That's the hardest part, we promise.
5. Hang tight
Once we have received the items in their original condition, we can process your refund or exchange. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
6. Sigh of relief
Yay! Problem solved. Now that your pennies are back in your pocket - or your replacement has been delivered - we can stay frens.
 
Terms & Conditions:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns/Exchanges for change of mind are a-okay - just make sure the items are in their original condition and haven't been worn or damaged.
Postage costs suck, we know. Unfortunately, return postage will need to be paid for by you, the buyer.
We're working on ways to cut out the cost of return postage in future!
